Refund and Return Policy

 1.Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Be sure to include clear photos, videos and a description of the issue.

After verification, you may choose one of the following options:

  • A replacement item (can be shipped with your next order)

  • A credit deduction from the value of your next order

  • A refund (please refer to Section 4. Shipping Returns for details)

Whenever possible, we recommend adding the replacement to your next shipment or choosing a value deduction, as this can help reduce additional shipping and customs costs.

 

2. Returns

As this is B2B business, we do not support returns for non-defective products. Please check samples before bulk purchasing.

You may request a return for defective products within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested and approved by our team in advance.

    Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nicobang.com with your order number and reason for return. We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet the conditions above.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (please refer to Section 4. Shipping Retures for details)

  • Refunds without prior approval will not be processed.


4. Shipping Returns

Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Please note: Even if your original order was listed as “Free Shipping”, the shipping cost is already included in the product price (approximately 30%–50% of product value). Therefore, shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
